As part of Accredify’s commitment to ensuring a high level of system and service uptime for users and customers, the company has voluntarily established and implemented its BCMS in conformance to standards set by ISO 22301:2019. The successful audit and certification serves as a declaration that Accredify’s multiple departments have proactively implemented robust internal operating procedures and business continuity plans to mitigate service disruptions and continue to serve users and customers even during crises such as system downtime, natural disasters, or cybersecurity breaches.

Developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ISO 22301:2019 is an international standard with the purpose of helping organisations protect themselves against potential risks and threats to their business operations. Organisations that have been awarded the ISO 22301:2019 certification have met the requirements for establishing strong internal systems to ensure that business functions are still operational during times of crisis, minimising downtime, and improving recovery time after the incident.
